Proper care ensures your trophy remains a stunning centerpiece for generations. Follow these essential maintenance tips to preserve
the museum-quality finish of your mount.
Specializing in bringing your trophies back to life with unparalleled realism.

Avoid Direct Sunlight
UV rays can fade the natural colors of the hair and antlers over time. Always display your mounts away from direct sunlight or harsh fluorescent lighting.

Temperature & Humidity
Extreme temperature fluctuations and high humidity can cause the hide to crack or the mount to shift. Keep your mounts in a climate-controlled room (ideally 40-50% humidity).

Dusting & Cleaning
Lightly dust your mounts regularly using a soft feather duster or compressed air on a very low setting. Wipe eyes and noses gently with a slightly damp Q-tip or soft cloth.

Pest Prevention
Moths and carpet beetles can damage hair and hide. Keep the area clean, and if you notice any signs of pests, use taxidermy-safe pest control products immediately.

Handling & Moving
Always handle mounts by the antlers or the base, never by the hair or ears. Oils from your hands can discolor the fur and damage the delicate features.
If your older mounts are showing signs of wear, fading, or damage, our studio offers professional restoration and deep cleaning services to bring them back to life.
